I would be hesitant with this one for the very simple reason that the Uruguayan backline will most likely be missing some players due to injuries (Logarno) or suspensions (Fucile)
Even if Uruguay defends at all cost, I could see at least 1 Holland goal which will force Uruguay to respond and that will open up the game and give the talented Dutch players some more spaces for an insurance goal.
Both teams have players capable of scoring goals off free-kick and the way Robben and Snijder weaving in and out of traffic, there is a good chance for a penalty. Uruguay has nothing to lose at this point, they had 1 foot out the door until all hell broke loose.

agree with the first part. second part no so much since Uruguay will miss their playmaker Suarez. I only fear that the Dutch defense in the middle is too vulnerable (see the Brazil goal, several open chances in the middle for Slovakia but it could not punch in); but then again Suarez is not playing. Also, I have a strong feeling about this Under 2.5, but honestly, most of the times, I get creamed when I feel strongly about a bet.
